Y leyendo detenidamente me doy cuenta que es un concepto interesante y que además, la empresa en la que trabajo MBD Consultores, lo es.
Lo primero, definir: una empresa conectada es aquella que permite a sus empleados y clientes llegar a ser todo lo que pueden ser.
¿ Qué características tienen estas empresas?
(1).Incorporarse a una “empresa conectada” ocurre a través de una red, por atracción o por invitación.
Y esto es válido a todos los niveles, la creación de valor debe ser algo que todo el mundo comprenda. Una mezcla de respeto y confianza a la que se añade cariño.
(2.) Trabajar en una empresa conectada quiere decir aprender, crecer y ayudar a crecer a los demás.
Y ello pasa en todo momento y en todo departamento de la empresa; se trata de educación, formación compromiso e interacción.
(3.) Colaborar en una empresa conectada significa emplear las mejores herramientas para obtener los mejores resultados, así de simple.
Una empresa conectada se contrata a gente de confianza y los respeta. La conversación interna y externa es parte de su trabajo, y genera creatividad.
(4.) Poner en práctica en la empresa conectada quiere decir crear, hacer funcionar y enlazar.
No hay espacio para los “egoístas” en la empresa conectada. Si lo hay para la gente con la actitud de disfrutar con el triunfo de los otros.
(5.) Facilitar las conversaciones dentro y fuera de la empresa conectada quiere decir diseñar los negocios a través de interacciones.
Están personalmente conectados con la gente a los que atienden y con los que colaboran para diseñar, elaborar prototipos y evaluar valor. Se enfocan en crear y expandir.
Estar conectada, para una empresa no quiere decir tener muchos fans, amigos o seguidores en la red o fuera de ella, no se trata de cantidad ni nada similar. Se trata de algo más profundo. La gente que quiere empresas conectadas devuelven el corazón a esas organizaciones.. se preocupan.
¿Tú te preocupas? , deberías hacerlo, se trata del futuro, de tu futuro y el mío.
